ABOUT YOUR HOST

PHILL GROVE

Phill Grove, a former electrical engineer, became a "transactional engineer" after leaving corporate America. Together with his wife, Shenoah, they manage Texas REIAs, the largest network of Real Estate Investor Associations in Texas with over 100,000 members.


After losing his job in 2003, Phill turned to real estate investing, completing over 1,200 deals worth more than $200 million. He’s known for mastering multiple real estate strategies, including wraps, flips, and auctions, and for developing innovative tools and training programs.


Phill has taught thousands of students across the U.S., created the AMPS system, and built Texas REIAs into a leading real estate education network. In 2017, he launched the Canis Major Incubator to raise over $300 million for commercial real estate projects.

ABOUT THE CLUB

The Commercial Austin RENC is a Commercial Real Estate Investment Association designed to connect Texas investors and create opportunities in commercial deals.

We offer training, investment networks, funding opportunities, and ongoing support to help commercial investors in Texas' four major cities. With a range of strategies—such as buy & hold, flipping, wraps, and equity partnering—and property types including apartment buildings, strip malls, RV parks, and storage facilities, we provide diverse investment options. However, our primary focus is on finding quality deals for our members.
